Safety Technician<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In companies that employ at least one (1) employee, the employer is obliged to use the services of the Safety Technician (ST). In enterprises employing more than fifty (50) employees, the employer is obliged to use the services of an Occupational Physician (OP) (L. 3850\/2010).
